    Job Description

    Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in radio/television/cinema, communications, business administration or a related field. Master's Degree preferred. Significant, successful and relevant senior management experience in electronic media and business. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of public radio and Triple A format as well as music production and programming experience. Exceptional administrative, strategic, financial planning, fundraising, entrepreneurial and interpersonal skills. Ability to define, communicate and implement an organizational vision. Ability to lead, manage and supervise station personnel. Proficiency in digital programming software and computerized programming. Demonstrated broad understanding of new technologies and the future of public media. Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule Salary is commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience.
