Responsibilities:

• Manage the rental department and oversee all rental operations
• Maintain accurate records of rental inventory and customer information through data entry
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their rental needs and inquiries
• Utilize retail sales techniques to promote rentals and upsell additional products or services
• Negotiate rental terms and agreements with customers
• Assist in resolving customer issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Coordinate rental deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain proper stock levels

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively handle rental agreements
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• Proficient in data entry to accurately maintain rental records
• Sales management experience is a bonus
• Public speaking skills for presentations or demonstrations may be required
