    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Our Medicaid Rx Call Center has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Agent. This opening is the afternoon shift, 11:30 AM TO 8PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.  Some overtime may be available, but 40 hours per week is expected at minimum.

    Note: THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY WORKING FROM HOME DUE TO COVID-19.  IT WILL TRANSITION BACK INTO THE OFFICE IN EITHER A HYBRID OR FULL-TIME CAPACITY AT A DATE YET TO BE DETERMINED.  The first few weeks of training will take place in-person downtown.

    The Customer Service Center provides advanced inbound customer service for all Indiana Medicaid members and providers who have questions regarding pharmacy coverage and claims processing.  Pharmacy Technicians must utilize multi-line phones to respond to inquiries concerning in-network pharmacy locations, general coverage inquiries, and medication pricing.

    Pharmacy Technicians must satisfy workload within specific time frames and must be self-motivated to complete these tasks and may have the opportunity for overtime depending on workload, which may include evenings and/or weekends. 

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 1-2 years of prior customer service experience
    • Proficiency with computers, software systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office suite
    • Strong time management, including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
    • Strong customer-orientation
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude with customers and internal personnel at all times
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Commitment to company values: Committed, Collaborative, Consultative, Caring
    • Ability to work overtime as needed to support department goals
    • Ability to pass E-Verify, a criminal background screen, and a pre-employment drug screen
    • Prior experience working in a call center role (highly preferred)
