CT / Radiologic Technologist (Multi-Comp) – CT & X-Ray

$44.02 – $62.04 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist / Radiologic Technologist to provide exceptional patient care while performing Computed Tomography (CT) and Diagnostic Radiology (X-Ray) studies.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, radiologic imaging techniques, and patient care standards. This role requires the ability to adapt exam routines to optimize image quality and support both inpatient and Emergency Department imaging needs.

This Multi-Competency CT Tech position will perform both CT and X-ray exams for in-house and ED patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures following physician orders and departmental protocols

• Ensure high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort

• Adapt exam routines and imaging techniques as necessary to achieve optimal results

• Perform venipuncture for contrast administration when required

• Maintain knowledge of sterile preparation and procedures

• Accurately document patient information and exam details

• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to ensure quality care

• Maintain compliance with hospital safety and imaging standards

Required Qualifications

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) – Radiography

• Completion of CT training (structured program or on-the-job training)

• ARRT Certification in CT OR ability to obtain within:

  • 2 years from hire/transfer date for trainees, or

  • 18 months from hire/transfer date for registry-eligible staff

• Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and human physiology

• Ability to perform venipuncture

• Knowledge of sterile preparation techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of radiology field experience

• Prior experience at Boulder Community Hospital

• Experience performing both CT and X-ray exams

Fee Structure

• RN New Grad (Up to 2 Years Experience): $10,000

• RN (2+ Years Experience): $15,000

• Allied Health: $10,000

• Cath Lab Tech: $15,000
