    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CT Supervisor to lead our Computed Tomography (CT) department. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure the highest quality of patient care, and provide leadership to a team of CT technologists. This role requires strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to advancing imaging excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the CT department to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality imaging services.

    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for CT technologists.

    • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

    • Ensure proper utilization of CT equipment, implementing safety protocols, and monitoring quality assurance measures.

    • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.

    • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and training of team members.

    • Promote continuous improvement, professional development, and a culture of safety and compassion.

    Qualifications

    • Certification: Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) with advanced certification in CT.

    • Education: Graduate from a School of Radiologic Technology approved by CAHEA/JRCT.

    • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in CT.

    • Leadership: Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare imaging environment.

    • Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Vermont.
