    Employment Type: Full-time
    Hourly Rate: $29 - $42/hour + $3.25 shift differential

    Position Overview:

    Deliver precision CT imaging services in a dynamic clinical environment. Perform diagnostic procedures, ensure patient safety, and maintain advanced imaging equipment while providing compassionate care across routine and emergent cases.

    • Work Schedule: Position is full-time, 2nd shift. In the beginning, it will be 5-8 hours/day (3 pm-11 pm) then it could be flexed to 4-10 hours/day. Rotating weekends, holidays, and on call.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required. CT registry (ARRT) preferred.
    • Licensure:
      • The Ohio Department of Health Radiologic License required.
      • BLS certification is required within 30 days of employment.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Contrast administration
      • Radiation safety protocols
      • Equipment QC/maintenance
    • Soft Skills:
      • Patient education
      • Emergency response composure

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for performing CT procedures to produce diagnostic images. Provides procedural-related patient care and education.
    • Performs routine and emergent CT procedures by correctly using imaging equipment, related accessories, and contrast agents. Upholds radiation safety standards and department protocol.
    • Prepares patient and exam room for imaging procedure. Helps the patient with appropriate dress.
    • Provides a comfortable, friendly, secure atmosphere for all patients. Provides patient and family education related to the imaging procedure.
    • Maintains manual and computerized patient, department, and hospital records. Performs associated data entry and clerical tasks as needed. Responsible for ordering and stocking department supplies.
    • Performs and documents equipment quality control according to department protocol. Performs routine cleaning and preventative maintenance. Recognizes and reports any malfunction to
      appropriate person or department.
    • Provides back-up coverage for general Radiology procedures. Available to take calls outside of normal working hours.
