CT Technologist
Location: Cincinnati, OH
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to operate computed tomography scanners and produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering safe, accurate, and patient-centered imaging services in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and verify identity using name and date of birth
Obtain and review pertinent patient history, physician orders, medications, allergies, and completed questionnaires
Explain imaging procedures clearly and answer patient questions to ensure understanding
Anticipate patient needs and communicate delays or concerns to patients and families
Communicate professionally with patients, coworkers, physicians, and office staff
Adhere to hospital, imaging center policies, and core values
Position patients and perform CT scans according to established protocols
Archive procedures and produce diagnostic-quality images within quality control standards
Perform venipuncture and administer contrast media according to protocol or physician direction
Properly identify, label, administer, and document medications used during procedures
Reconcile patient medications to prevent adverse interactions with contrast media
Complete work efficiently and within established timelines
Assist coworkers across modalities, including IV starts, patient preparation, and computer functions
Assist physicians with invasive procedures as applicable
Verify physician orders for accuracy and act appropriately
Utilize radiation-reducing techniques without compromising image quality
Protect patients, self, and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure
Wear, store, and manage dosimeters appropriately, including monthly exchange
Use proper patient movement and lifting devices to ensure safety
Monitor patients during procedures to minimize risk of falls or injury
Qualifications
Graduation from an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT certification
Active Ohio Radiographer license
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Knowledge of medical terminology, sterile technique, and isolation procedures
Experience with patient positioning and imaging equipment operation
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of related CT or imaging experience
