Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our medical imaging team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong commitment to patient safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to established protocols.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety by properly positioning and immobilizing patients during scans.
- Review and interpret physician orders, ensure proper documentation, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate imaging results and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment, reporting any malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
- Provide compassionate care and effectively communicate with patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns they may have.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Valid Indiana state license in Radiologic Technology and CT certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Solid understanding of CT technology and safety practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
