Pay Range: $44.02 – $62.04/hour
Sign-On / Fee Structure:
RN New Grad (up to 2 years’ experience): $10,000
RN 2+ Years Experience: $15,000
Allied Health: $10,000
Cath Lab Tech: $15,000

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled CT / Radiologic Technologist to join our team, providing exceptional patient care while performing CT (Computed Tomography) and Diagnostic Radiology studies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, human physiology, and imaging techniques to ensure high-quality diagnostic exams.
Core Responsibilities
Perform CT and X-ray exams for in-house and emergency department patients.
Adapt exam routines and techniques as needed to optimize image quality.
Apply knowledge of sterile procedures and venipuncture when required.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnostics.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold safety protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology Technology.
Completion of CT training (structured program or on-the-job).
Active ARRT registration for CT, or must achieve CT registry within:
2 years from hire/transfer for trainees
18 months from hire/transfer for registry-eligible staff
Ability to perform venipuncture.
Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and basic human physiology.
Ability to adapt to changing exam requirements and patient needs.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year field experience at Boulder Community Hospital or similar hospital setting.
Experience in multi-compartment CT and X-ray procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
