Position: CT/XRAY
Shift Notes: Day MON-FRI
Location: San Vicente, CA 92075

Pay: $70-$75 per hour
Required Certifications
BLS, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Verification, Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification, Fluoroscopy
GE (CT/X-Ray) Perform computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists.
Prepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
Observe patient during procedure and report abnormal activity. Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted.
Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
BLS licensed in Xray, Flouroscopy and CT. 2 years minimum experience required. GE (CT/X-Ray) Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities and possess any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Preferred Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Education: High school Diploma or equivalent, Graduation from an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
Required Experience: Proficient in a minimum of three Modalities.
Modalities may include: X-ray and Fluoroscopy, All must have this plus one additional modality:
Required Licenses/Certifications: Valid ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification, and other ARRT certifications as it relates to each modality where appropriate; valid Fluoroscopy Permit issued by the State of California; BLS - Basic Life Support Certification - issued by AHA-American Heart Association.
