We are seeking an after hours Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Filing and record keeping
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments for supervisors and field technicians
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists of all customer and vendors
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Invoicing and reconciling quick-books
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
