Responsible for preventative maintenance on equipment, corrective maintenance on equipment, ensuring proper operation of equipment, troubleshooting equipment problems, ensuring continuous operation of facilities equipment. Maintenance Technicians Level #2’s must be able to pass nationally recognized maintenance competency testing. Understanding and experience working with electrical, docks, overhead doors, plumbing, pumps, fans, compressors, hot water heaters, boilers, and chillers.
