The Quality Inspector is responsible for the auditing and testing of
equipment being repaired at a bench level. This position ensures that
repaired product passes inspection at the bench level. The Quality
Inspector will interface with Line Management to alert them to any
deficiencies and document accordingly.
Required Skills
- Identifies process and product improvements.
- Perform qualification tests on workbench.
- Perform Product Inspection Activities.
- Perform quality audits on in-process and final product.
- Perform basic electrical test.
- Interface with installers and section heads.
- Able to track or document inspection results.
- Maintains satisfactory quality performance levels.
- Documents cited product deficiencies.
- Conforms to all aspects of Quality Assurance Manual.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
Required Experience
- Good manual and eyesight dexterity.
- Good documentation up-keeping practices.
- Knowledge of basic electronics and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to test equipment and read test results.
- Excellent attention to detail.
