    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

     

    • Compile, consolidate, disseminate, and report findings for data calls, surveys, and other reports as requested.  Maintain security records/files/correspondences to ensure effective and efficient operations.
    • Provide records management by maintaining a database of all security related documents, reports, certifications and other security items in accordance with customer guidelines
    • Monitor the various reporting requirements for accuracy and ensure the forms/documents are completed in its entirety.
    • Draft and formant command letters, instructions, certifications, and security investigation reports.
    • Review Training System Installation Plans (TSIP) for classified security requirements/impacts and report the findings to security director.
    • Attend TSIP meetings.

     

    NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSURE:

     

    • Two (2) years of Secretarial/Security experience.

    • Experience with basic correspondence, filing, scanning, and records management.

    • Experience in editing and reformatting written or electronic draft documents.

    • Experience with security terminology and practices. Must have working knowledge of Defense Information System for Security (DISS).

    • Ability to type 60 wpm.

    • Experience should demonstrate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and

    • PowerPoint).

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

     

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

     

    • Must be able to work independently, have strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks
    • Superior customer service focus
    • Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Requirements analysis, building reports, UAT, updating and maintaining reports
    • Solid understanding of data: how to organize it, how to model it, how to distill insights from it, and how to visualize it.
    • Advanced Tableau reporting skills. Other additional tools a bonus
    • Strong knowledge of Oracle or other relational database with strong query writing/optimization skills.
    • Specialization in Data warehousing (modelling, ETL, data quality)
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to document process flows of complex operations using Visio or other tools
    • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business needs
