  • Responsibilities

    This position will support the Customer Business Wireless Carrier Sales team.  The Project Support Specialist will provide task-level operational and project support to the Customer Business Sales and Operations organization to ensure timely completion of projects and that they meet the business initiatives.  Support tasks include, but are not limited to, program and project tracking from initiation through the close-out process, document and data uploads into internal and external systems, file organization, purchase order (“PO”) management, preparing and coordinating execution of lease/license documentation, and will aid in the resolution of compliance issues. The Specialist will facilitate communication across operational groups, and ensure compliance with the defined process and/or implementation.  Must have experience in wireless telecommunications.

    Required Skills

    • Support Customer Business Sales team with multiple wireless telecommunications projects and initiatives.
    • Build strong relationships and coordinate project/program deliverables with multiple internal teams, including Construction, Compliance, Legal, and Billing; perform day to day interaction with Project Manager and Sales team. 
    • Participate on a collaborative cross-functional team to effectively support all phases of the projects to ensure successful completion.
    • Manage Customer and Supplier POs as well as coordinate project invoicing
    • Assemble site location information for Customers; coordinate with Project Manager to finalize site lease/license packages for Customers; perform quality control check of leasing documents and submit lease packages for signature.
    • Prepare and maintain leasing and site acquisition reports; Work with Project Managers and Construction Managers to produce status reports for national and market-level Customer contacts.
    • Maintain permanent site files; perform documentation audits as required.
    • Manages the development and implementation of projects/programs to meet business process initiatives, process improvement, product launches, other strategies and objectives.
    • Assist with development of team strategy, forecasting, reporting, analysis, financial forecasting and administration as needed.
    • Ability to work with large cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
