  • Responsibilities

    This individual will be responsible for developing and driving technical innovation for the business.  This individual will be responsible for leading a team of electrical test engineers developing test routines for new products as well as being the technical interface to CTDI’s  customers. This individual should be a highly motivated, quick learner who enjoys a hands-on, high-speed work environment. Specifically, the responsibilities of this position include:

    • Determine test standards and best practices for engineering group
    • Ensure proper engineering documentation for test procedures and other necessary engineering documents for PPAP and TS16949 requirements
    • Optimize equipment testing and repair processes.
    • Support local branch on technical requirements.
    • Project planning for new development around new businesses.
    • Managing infotainment head-end systems in the branches.
    • Work with operations to ensure successful implementation of test equipment and test routines.

    Required Skills

    • Telecommunications industry experience
    • Expertise in CAN bus
    • Strong understanding of Visual Studio and C#
    • Clear discriminatory approach to solving engineering problems.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Travel required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Required Experience

    • 10+ years of Hands-on technical engineering experience
    • 3+ years of recent engineering management experience
    • B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of science
  • Qualifications
