  • Responsibilities

    General Summary

    Under limited direction, provide support for the Inventory Team for Control Systems as part of the Focal Team.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

    · Utilizing site maps, architecture documentation, and site assessments, document business and production processes to prepare workflow process documents.

    · Analyze mission assessments to assist identification of key assets, critical infrastructure, and systems.

    · Assist with prioritization of key assets to assist with resourcing and protection of assets.

    · Perform on-site inventories (physical and logical), assessments, and validation audits.

    · Perform research and analysis at all levels of site and system products to include concept design, installation, inventory, operation, sustainment, and disposal.

    · Provide technical analysis of IT and OT systems for identification, assessment, and documentation of current and future systems.

    · Develop technical and operational views, reports, and summaries to provide leadership with a continuous, accurate, situational understanding and impact to mission and operational risk.

    · Prepare detailed workflow process diagram in Microsoft Visio or similar Army provided application.

    · Develop and maintain Common Operating Picture/Dashboards to support AMC Leadership decision making efforts.

    · Assist other teams with related efforts as requested.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Eight years of related experience required
    • Must have demonstrated Control Systems experience
    • Ability to obtain/maintain a secret security clearance; US citizenship required
    • Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
    • May require CONUS and/or OCONUS travel to customer sites; Must be able to travel 10-15%
    • Ability to create templates for others to conduct inventory tasks.
    • Ability to prepare and maintain Excel files to document, sort, and present reports for multiple audience requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Control Systems experience with at least one or more of the below control systems:

    o Niagara

    o Metasys

    o Closed-circuit television (CCTV)

    o Electronic Security Systems (ESS)

    o Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)

    o Programmable logic controller (PLC)

    o Lighting Control Systems

    o Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Control System

    o Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)

    o Environmental Monitoring Systems

    o Fire & Life Safety (FLS) Control Systems

    o Utility Control System (UCS)

    o Industrial Control System
