FINANCIAL ANALYST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Financial Analyst will support the financial functions of a CTDI program. The Financial Analyst will assist in ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, including a daily program P&L publication. The Financial Analyst will perform month end close activities ensuring completeness and accuracy of revenue and expenses. They will work closely with the Division Controller and Sr Financial Analyst to monitor forecasting and research variances to budget. This role will also require the qualified candidate to conduct periodic trend analysis and assist with development of annual or new business budgets. This individual will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining ledgers and subledgers of program financial data
• Interpreting data, analyzing results and patterns using statistical techniques
• Building models and calculations for financial reports
• Generating daily profit and loss forecasting and analysis
• Completing program invoicing
• Monitoring account balances (i.e., AP, AR, inventory) and trends
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of experience in a financial role with technical skill in accounting and finance concepts and principles
• S. in Accounting, Finance, or other related field or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, Excel, and Tableau or other financial system and data management experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a matrix-structured environment
• Proactive problem-solving ability
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
