    Our Customer Experience service line specializes in all matters relating to measuring, managing and improving customer relationships and the overall customer experience. We help our clients manage the experiences they deliver in a way that maximizes the value of both customers and employees to their organization.

    The Programmer Analyst role is a key role in the CX organization as we expand and grow our advisory, analytics, and technology focused portfolio of offerings and services. This role is intended to be a hybrid between a traditional solutions consultant and a client services role to help us in scoping, planning and providing guidance to our clients as they embark on CX programs that have technology platforms at the core of the solution. They translate a customer’s needs into a solution-oriented vision and technical architecture that can be executed by our consulting organization. They will have a portfolio of clients, as well as training responsibilities. The Programmer Analyst must have a strong desire and ability to leverage both technical and sales skills while playing a key role from pre-sales through client onboarding, as well as, ongoing client success.

     

    PROGRAM ONBOARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Programmer Analyst will provide support to a dynamic team of research professionals by helping configure data capture, analysis, and reporting systems and working with the research data that flows through those systems.

    · Design, develop, and maintain SAAS computer programs in a fast-paced environment.

    · Work with teammates to implement new features or change existing features.

    · Innovate and design efficient solutions for internal teams and external clients.

    · Support research projects by managing the flow of sample and survey data through the programs and technical systems.

    · Provide technical program support to extend reach of programs on both new and existing programs

    · Test, debug, and fix bugs in existing programs.

     

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    · Bachelor’s Degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems or Technology

    · 1-2 years of experience in computer science, programming, customer service or market research fields

    · A proven track record for accomplishing detail-oriented tasks, both independently and as part of a team

    · Demonstrated ability to deliver product or technology-based projects for large enterprises

    · A willingness to learn and apply new technologies · Excellent verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail

    · Technical product and technology ecosystem acumen

    · General platform configuration capability / ability to learn new platforms

    · Experience or certifications with EFM platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia, and InMoment)
