CTDI is looking for multiple Entry-Level to Junior Electrical Engineers to join our corporate Engineering team and will work as part of a dynamic team of Mechanical, Software, and Robotics Engineers, in a fast-paced environment with an ever-changing set of businesses and facilities to support.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Build, test, debug and develop C#, JTAG, CLI or LINUX applications.
• Develop automated test and repair capabilities
• Analyze technical requirements and effort associated with test systems and products.
• Generate engineering documents, including schematics, diagnostics, flowcharts, and project status reports

Required Skills

• Must have a combination of Software Engineering and Electrical Engineers skills.
• Understanding of motherboard architecture
• Understanding of analog, digital, and microprocessor circuits.
• Understanding of audio, video, and RF circuits.
• Ability to troubleshoot circuits.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal communications.

Required Experience

• Bachelors Degree with Majors or Minors in Electrical Engineering OR Computer Engineering OR both, is a must.
• This is an entry-level to junior-level role so 0 to 3 years’ of experience with Software and/or Electrical systems is good.
• Academic projects involving Software and/or Electrical systems is acceptable if you have no work-experience.
• Programming skills in C#, C, C++, or similar is a must. Academic or Professional programming knowledge is acceptable.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Telecommunications technical experience and overall understanding
• Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Access, and Project), report preparation, and data analysis
• Experience with Test/Manufacturing/Electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of LEAN is helpful.
