    Smartronix, LLC., provides support to Naval Air Weapons Center, Weapons Division under the Information Management Information Technology Support Services (IMITSS) at China Lake and Point Mugu, CA.

    In support of IMITSS, Smartronix, LLC provides critical infrastructure support staff to the customer in support of business operations and management.

    Currently seeking a Customer Relations Manager (CRM) in support of IMITSS:

    The CRM shall function as the primary customer interface and software support specialist/procurement manager preforming the following functions:

    • Manage the JIRA software work request Intake Board and will provide IT support as needed.
    • Act as primary point of contact with the client for all procurement.
    • Liaison between the client and Smartronix.
    • Work closely with the Acquisitions Specialist.

    Required Skills

    • Previous IT and procurement experience supporting DoD 
    • Experience and knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • Excellent command of English language / professional writing skills
    • Must have excellent customer service skills, ability to interact with customers at all levels of management.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience required. An Associate's Degree and 4 additional years or 6 additional years in lieu of a degree may be accepted.
    • Previous IT and procurement experience supporting DoD.
    • 1-2 years experience supporting either Government or DoD contractor efforts within the NAWCWD environment.
    • Working knowledge of FAR and DoD acquisition requirements.
  • Qualifications
    • Previous IT and procurement experience supporting DoD 
    • Experience and knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • Excellent command of English language / professional writing skills
    • Must have excellent customer service skills, ability to interact with customers at all levels of management.
