We are a CPA Firm seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivable to do daily clerical tasks. The mission of this position is to do daily administrative duties and maintain accurate financial records. Job Duties include but not limited to: - Answer phones and provide excellent customer service - Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. - Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. - Data Entry in Daily/Monthly A/R - Generating invoices and account statements - Collect on past due accounts - Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Qualifications/Required Skills: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a MUST. - QuickBooks experience is preferred. - Must be organized and able to multi-task, pay close attention to details and clearly follow instructions. - High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school and/or college degree a plus - Experience in accounts management a plus - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
