Job Description

CTP Solutions is searching for an Accounting associate to perform accounting tasks that will support the Controller.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

·         Account Payable-input and code invoices and pay vendor on weekly basis. Match PO with the invoice.

·         Accounts Receivable- invoice customer, post payments in Quantum.  Collections- follow up with customer on past due invoices

·         Deposit checks through bank scanner

·         File monthly sales tax

·         Some receptionist duties – answer phone, open mail, etc

·         Process wire through on- line banking and record in Quantum.  

·         Reconcile invoice and billing discrepancy

·         Streamline process and workflow

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

·         Associate degree in accounting, business, or similar

·         3 plus years of full-time work experience in AP, AR,and accounting  

·         Self-starter with strong organizational and detail oriented

·         Integrity, truthfulness and demonstrated can-do attitude

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.   

·         Effective communicator with a strong business acumen 

·         Customer service experience

·         Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.    

              - Quantum experience is a plus.
