CTR Group is seeking INSIDE SALES - SENIOR LIVING. Immediate openings and urgently hiring! FULLY REMOTE POSITIONS AVAILABLE TO CANDIDATES ANYWHERE IN THE US.

PAY RATE: $22 - $24 PER HOUR PLUS COMMISSION

DIRECT HIRE JOBS PAYING A BASE SALARY WITH COMMISSIONS.

SUMMARY:

Work in a growing past-paced industry, reaching out to see if families are still interested in the Company's services while working remotely from your home office. Place outbound calls to colder leads and help guide families from initial consultation, to touring of facilities, and ultimately moving into a senior living community. You will receive a 4-week training via Outlook and Zoom. Monthly quotas will apply.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of Consultative Sales and Inside Sales experience
• Previous Inside Sales experience for Healthcare Industry products and services strongly preferred
• Must be competitive by nature: self-motivated with a drive to win and hit your sales goals
• Flexibility: must be available to work evenings, nights and weekends to accommodate a customer facing business and be available when families need us.
• Must be willing to dial out a lot to families and regain their interest to start their senior living search.
• Good computer skills
• Good telephone voice is a must.
