CTR GROUP is seeking INSIDE SALES - SENIOR LIVING ADVISORS. Immediate openings and urgently hiring! FULLY REMOTE POSITIONS IN 4 STATES: WASHINGTON, OREGON, GEORGIA, HILTON HEAD, S.C. AND ALSO IN NORTH EAST FLORIDA.

DIRECT HIRE JOBS PAYING $45K BASE WITH COMMISSIONS. TARGET PAY IS $75K WITH COMMISSIONS IF PERSON IS SUCCESSFUL.

SUMMARY:

Work in a growing past-paced industry to help educate families on senior care options and find the right communities to meet their needs while working remotely from your home office. Take inbound, pre-screened HOT/WARM leads and help guide families from initial consultation, to touring of facilities, and ultimately moving into a senior living community. You will receive a 4-week training via Outlook and Zoom. Monthly quotas will apply.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of Consultative Sales and Inside Sales experience
• Previous Call Center environment experience or School Admission Representative experience welcome
• Must be competitive by nature: self-motivated with a drive to win and hit your sales goals
• Flexibility: must be available to work evenings, nights and weekends to accommodate a customer facing business and be available when families need us.
• Good computer skills
• Good telephone voice is a must.
