About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. This position is all about driving sales growth through support of the inside and outside sales team and building customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities as an Inside Sales Representative

• Enter sales quotes and orders per customer requests
• Make travel arrangements and act as Trade Show Coordinator for sales team
• Send out product information per customer requests
• Answer incoming phone calls from customers. Direct them to correct personnel as needed
• Assist customers with questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
• Assist Inside Sales Manager with various sales tasks
• Support the Outside Sales Team as necessary

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong phone presence and ability to field dozens of calls per day.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Attention to detail and willingness to think "outside the box" is necessary

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience desirable
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
