CUI Cable is growing! We are looking for a junior sourcer/recruiter on 1099 basis who prefers to work from home. Experience in communication or cable experience preferred.In this role, you will: - Source candidates using a variety of techniques, including mining candidates from ATS, job board and referrals- Thoroughly screen candidates for positions- Prepare candidates for hiring managers interview processes- Work closely with hiring managers and HR- Gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates- Manage and update ATS and job postingsDo you have:- Experience in working from home- Experience in sourcing/recruiting on a contractor basis and remote

Compensation:$800 per 40 hour week
