Are you an experienced Broadband/Communications Operations Manager primarily responsible for providing end-to-end customer support, in charge of direction and project ownership by leading the implementation, execution and communication of projects for customers? Do you have experience managing a diverse W2 and 1099 workforce within a multi location territory?
Responsibilities: - Manage and support teams totaling up to 100 technicians which support the customer toinclude; installation technicians, dispatchers, as well as administrative- In charge of fleet management - Provide up to date tracking and status reports for all installationsassigned to branch using formal processes and tools to manage resources,metrics and budget.- Review field collected data for accuracy and completeness.- Manage in-house labor and sub-contractors for multiple projects of varyingcomplexity.- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, customers andmanagement.- Hire, train and support installation technicians and support.- Manage multiple locations including technician and staff schedule
