In the role, you will support field technicians in their daily duties, provide training, performance management, and work closely with customers to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Strong interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work in Outlook and Excel are also required. Must have prior experience in a leadership role and must be able to work an extended schedule and weekends if necessary.

Experience

● Cabling experience and management required ● Comcast experience preferred ● Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record ● Effective verbal and written communication skills ● Experience using Outlook and Excel ● Must be able to pass thorough background and drug screenings ● Ability to work extended schedule and weekends if necessary
