Job Description:
As an External Partner Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with our external partners and vendors. You will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration, optimizing performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients through our partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
· Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with external partners and vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for communication and collaboration.
· Partner Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our company's values, goals, and expectations. Provide training and support as needed to ensure partners are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with partners to implement solutions and drive performance optimization.
· Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate contract terms and agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements. Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed.
· Issue Resolution: Address any issues or disputes that arise with partners in a timely and effective manner, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure resolution and minimize impact on service delivery.
· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans for partner engagement and growth. Identify opportunities for expanding and diversifying the partner network to enhance service offerings and drive business growth.
· Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure partners adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner relationships to safeguard the interests of Communications Unlimited.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in partner management, vendor management, or business development within the telecommunications industry.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and partner management software.
