Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic health conditions. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient education, and a dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries, as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.

Prescribe medications and therapies, and provide patient education on medication management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health measures.

Perform minor surgical procedures, such as wound care, suturing, and biopsies, as necessary.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests, imaging studies, and electrocardiograms.

If the minimum experience requirement is not met the hourly offer will be adjusted accordingly.
