About the Role:

Royal Innovation Closets LLC is looking for a driven and personable Custom Closet Outside Sales professional to join our growing team in Lehigh Acres, FL! In this exciting role, you'll bring beautiful, functional closet solutions directly to homeowners, turning their storage dreams into reality. If you love meeting people, closing deals, and making a real difference in clients' homes, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to assess needs and present custom closet solutions

Generate and manage a pipeline of leads through referrals, networking, and self-prospecting

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to homeowners

Measure spaces and collaborate with design team to create tailored closet layouts

Follow up with prospects and existing clients to drive conversions and ensure satisfaction

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals

Represent the Royal Innovation Closets brand professionally in the field and at local events

Requirements:

Proven outside sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or interior products

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field

Ability to read basic measurements and assist with space planning or design concepts

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required

Proficiency with CRM tools, scheduling software, or basic tech platforms is a plus

Positive, customer-first attitude with a passion for home organization solutions
