    ABOUT CUSTOM PRINT GRAPHICS

Custom Print Graphics (CPG) is a Chicago-based decorated apparel company with over 15 years in the industry. We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-film (DTF) decoration, serving a diverse client base ranging from local small businesses and nonprofits to regional and national brands. With a close-knit team and a shop built on craftsmanship, efficiency, and relationships, we’re proud of the work we put out and the culture we’ve built.

We’re looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator who goes beyond answering phones and emails. This role is the connective tissue between our customers and our production floor. You’ll own the client experience from first inquiry through delivery, keep accounts engaged, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you build relationships naturally, stay ten steps ahead, and thrive when no two days look the same, you’ll fit right in.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of accounts, building trust, anticipating needs, and keeping clients coming back

Proactively follow up with clients on reorders, seasonal needs, and upcoming projects to keep accounts active and revenue consistent

Communicate order status updates, production timelines, and any delays before the customer has to ask

Manage inbound communications across phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth

    Operations & Order Coordination

Monitor customer messages and order activity in Printavo (our order management system), ensuring nothing sits unanswered

Update order statuses, item quantities, due dates, and other details in Printavo as changes come through

Follow up on open proofs, artwork approvals, and outstanding customer responses to keep jobs on schedule

Coordinate with production, art, and shipping teams to flag issues, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain smooth workflow

Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and correspondence

    Front Office & Administration

Greet and assist walk-in customers and vendors with a professional, welcoming presence

Answer and route multi-line phone calls efficiently

Support general front-office administrative tasks as needed

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience in customer service, client management, account coordination, or office administration (print, production, or manufacturing environment is a strong plus)

A relationship-first mindset: you remember the details, follow through without being asked, and make clients feel like they’re your only account

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable managing high email volume and phone calls simultaneously

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you catch things before they become problems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfort learning order management and production software (Printavo experience is a bonus, not a requirement)

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Self-starter mentality: you take ownership, solve problems proactively, and don’t wait to be told what’s next

Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up and following through every day

    WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive hourly pay: $20–$24/hr, depending on experience

    Paid Time Off (PTO)

    401(k) retirement plan

Consistent schedule: Monday through Friday, no nights, no weekends

A tight-knit team and genuinely collaborative work environment

Real opportunity to grow with a well-established and expanding company
