We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team. You will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of service between the kitchen and front-of-house. This position ensures all orders are accurate, properly assembled, and delivered quickly while maintaining the highest quality standards. This position also handles phone orders and customer calls periodically.
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates clearly with chefs and servers, and has a strong eye for detail and timing.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to guests
Check all orders for accuracy, presentation, and quality before leaving the kitchen
Communicate clearly with pizza cooks, line cooks, and front-of-house staff
Organize tickets and maintain proper order timing during busy service
Packaging food for all orders
Prioritize orders to maintain efficient service and minimize waiting times
Assist in keeping the expo station clean, organized, and stocked
Support the kitchen team to maintain smooth service during peak hours
Answer phones, take orders and payment
Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience preferred (pizza or high-volume kitchen a plus)
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Positive attitude and strong teamwork mentality
Ability to stand for extended periods
