Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate can effectively coordinate with internal teams such as sales, warehouse, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in ERP systems
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and shipping timelines
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, returns, and claims
Maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication
Monitor open orders and proactively address potential delays or issues
Assist with invoicing, credits, and general account maintenance
Support sales team with order management and customer follow-ups
Qualifications:
1-2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in distribution, manufacturing.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, etc.) Willing to train
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Basic in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
