Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service RMA Clerks to join our dynamic team in Ontario, CA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and ensuring a smooth and efficient return process. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with RMA requests and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Process return requests and generate RMA numbers accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely processing of returns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and RMA transactions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide product information and support to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
