We’re looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our busy furniture retail store!

🛋️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

Help customers with questions and provide excellent service

Assist with orders, paperwork, scheduling, and customer follow-up

Use computer systems to enter and retrieve customer information

Work with our sales and office teams to keep things running smoothly

Help create a positive experience from purchase through delivery

Customer service experience

Good computer skills

Friendly, professional personality

Dependable and organized

Able to communicate well with customers and coworkers

Comfortable working in a retail environment

Must be available to work some weekends

Furniture or retail experience is a plus!
