Are you an experienced CVICU RN looking for a rewarding opportunity within a high-acuity cardiovascular intensive care environment? Join a dedicated team that provides compassionate, high-focus care to critically ill cardiac patients—including post-open-heart surgery, ventricular support device management, complex cardiac drips, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a strong advocate for patients and families, ensuring privacy, dignity, and compassionate support.
Perform continuous, focused clinical assessments in a high-acuity CVICU setting.
Autonomously manage complex treatment plans using advanced critical-care protocols.
Manage vasoactive drips, hemodynamic monitoring, ventilators, and cardiac devices.
Instruct and educate patients and families about medications, treatments, and post-care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
Active RN license (Compact or State of Florida—must be obtained before start date).
1–2 years of recent ICU experience required; CVICU or cardiac ICU strongly preferred.
Current BLS & ACLS required (AHA).
Experience with:
Ventilators and advanced airway management
Vasoactive/continuous IV infusions (e.g., epinephrine, norepinephrine, dobutamine, milrinone)
Post–open-heart patients, CABG, valve repair/replacements
Advanced hemodynamic monitoring (e.g., arterial lines, central lines, PA catheters if applicable)
Strong clinical judgment with the ability to respond rapidly to emergent changes.
Excellent patient-communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary teamwork abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment requiring autonomy and precision.

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus, Up to $5,000 Relocation
