JOB DESCRIPTION
|
Role and Responsibilities
Computer Warriors and CW IT Support
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and/or yearly account reconciliations and reports as needed.
- Handling bank deposits, organizing and directing post
- Bookkeeping duties, i.e. verifying and posting transactions, aging AR, bank reconciliations
- Assist in processing payroll
- Organizing/maintaining electronic and paper files/records
- HR onboarding administrative duties, i.e. I-9, background, drug screening processing
CW IT Support Entity only
- Act as the point of contact for vendor and customers regarding billing concerns only, Answer and direct phone calls, write and distribute emails for accounting and HR only.
- Assist in collection of past due invoices, taking payments over the phone.
- Handle requests and queries from managers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- •Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- •Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- •Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
- •Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel)
- •Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- •Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
•MS Excel
•Experience with Quick Books
•High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
