    Training will take place at our Lakeville location, deployment of permanent location at the conclusion of training may include that facility or another throughout the Midwest at the discretion of the companies.

    • Marketing * Building advertising strategy * Executing Marketing campaigns
      • Social media posting (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
      • Create content for ads, radio, fliers
      • Website content improvements – Focus on content not development.
    • Operations * Retail buying- purchasing commodities. * Shipping and Receiving- loading and unloading trailers with skid steer. * Bailing/processing material * Sorter table * Ferrous yard
    • Sales Operations/Administration * Running the scale, paying customers * Inbound and outbound calls * Logistics, learning how material is shipped between locations and to our customers. * Generating Bill of Ladings * Communicating with buyers to accurately enter Purchase Orders * Invoicing and accounting processes
    • Purchasing * Shadowing each or our 3 senior account executives for 2-week rotations, focusing on unique buying strategies and specific customer types * Retail scale buying * Dealer buying * Relationship management * Ferrous yard buying * Shredder packaging * Contract Sales * Industrial Accounts * Roll-off bin business

    Skills And Qualifications:

    • High School diploma required
    • Prefer a Bachelor’s or Associates Degree
    • 1-2 years of experience working in sales or buying position would be a plus
    • Previous leadership or team sports experience would be a plus
