    Pre or Post Doctoral Psychology Resident CW Psychological Services, LLC is looking for a Psychologist in training to complete a Pre or Post-Doctoral Residency by joining our high-quality mental health outpatient team. Applications for psychologists in training are also available for those enrolled in a doctorate program related to psychology. Our group private practice continues to grow and has an excellent reputation with local universities and school districts, physicians, and the general public among a variety of other referral sources to ensure a steady stream of clients. This means you have the ability to grow your caseload and tailor referrals to preferred clientele. Based on degree Responsibilities: • Provide mental health therapy to clients within the scope of training/experience through individual, group, family, or couples treatment • Provide case management services as necessary and/or communicate with other healthcare providers or external team members involved to advocate for other services as needed • Respond to client crises as necessary and make recommendations to keep the client safe and ensure all company safety measures are followed; consultation with clinical supervisor to ensure crisis is handled appropriately • Complete client progress notes, with signature, and other documentation to keep the client’s record up to date and submit/notification of note completion to the supervisor within 48 hours of the session date/time • Potential to mentor master-level pre-licensed clinicians and interns; can assist in strengthening mentorship and educational training programs within the practice • Potential to engage in training activities for staff and assist in professional development of staff Qualifications: • Must have completed a doctoral program in a psychology-related field, completed an internship for a doctoral program, or actively enrolled in a psychology doctorate program with 2 semesters completed • Clinicians must be working towards being licensed as a PA-Licensed Psychologist or be currently enrolled in a doctorate program throughout employment • Familiarity with CBT, DBT, Trauma Treatment, and/or LGBTQ treatment is a plus Schedule Requirements • Full-time: 40 hours per week (25 hours of billable services per week) • Part-time: 15- 20 billable hours per week as a fee-for-service option is available for select candidates • Sufficient flexibility to meet clients’ needs and maintain caseload including some evenings and weekends are required Work Location • King of Prussia, PA Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Occasionally lifting/carrying objects up to ten pounds Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly DOE
