    CW Psychological Services, LLC is searching for an experienced and qualified PA Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist to fill our open Senior Clinician position. Our group private practice is renowned amongst our referral sources and has an outstanding reputation which leads to a wide variety of referrals. This role may be suitable for you if you are looking for: • An atmosphere of mutual respect, open communication, transparency, and diversity • A combined role that allows for continued direct client care and leadership of staff • Supervisory and management roles with training and support to grow your leadership skills • A focus on delivering excellent clinical work and staff supervision • A laid-back dress code • Team-building activities to establish a positive environment • Refreshments and snacks in the office • Comfortable workspace, plentiful parking, and some remote-working options • With this position, there is potential for long-term career growth, so you can expand your skills and be a part of our developing staff Responsibilities: • Provide provisionally licensed therapists with guidance, advice, and direct performance feedback. • Supervise and oversee clinical services provided by assigned provisionally licensed therapists. • Review and co-sign/approve documentation and clinical notes produced by the provisionally licensed therapist in alignment with all procedures and established timelines when overseeing direct supervisees. • Provide and document formal weekly supervision as required by the State licensing agency. • Proactively identify and address concerns related to quality of clinical care. • Proactively identify and address concerns related to general performance in the workplace. • Work closely with the Clinical Director in an effort to support provisionally licensed clinicians. • Serve as a resource to provisionally licensed therapists by answering their questions and training them to identify and efficiently utilize resources provided by the Practice (such as the EHR, billing modules, training libraries, etc.). • Answer questions and provide resources related to operating policies, and applicable ethical and regulatory requirements. • Assist provisionally licensed clinicians to manage their schedules effectively. • Lead by example by understanding and following all Practice policies, procedures, and guidelines, and demonstrating alignment with the Practice’s core values. • Assist provisionally licensed clinicians in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning while providing onsite clinical support. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: • A Master’s Degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required. • Must be actively licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist. • Two or more years of experience providing client services as a licensed therapist (preferred). • 1+ years of experience teaching, mentoring, or directly supervising employees. • Demonstrated proficiency in working with individuals of varying backgrounds, including those from the transgender community (preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate). • Possesses the capability to coach other clinicians in a supportive fashion. • Supervisory experience is preferred, however, appropriate candidates can receive in-house training. • Experience in implementing a variety of evidence-based practices. • Eager to expand currently used evidence-based practices through additional training and consultations to further enhance your clinical skillset. • Ability to work remotely for some administrative tasks, up to one day per week, if desired - Must have a private working area and a secure Wi-Fi connection for any remote work. • Flexible schedule to accommodate office hours and client requirements, with some evening and/or weekend availability. • Offers medical stipend, technology stipend, PTO, floating holidays, CEU assistance, and bonus structure for additional income. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly + bonus eligible
