CW Psychological Services, LLC is looking for experienced clinicians seeking supervision to join our high-quality mental health outpatient team. Our private practice continues to grow and has an excellent reputation with local universities, physicians, and the general public among a variety of other referral sources. We offer our therapists beautiful office space, a steady flow of client referrals, administrative support, ongoing clinical supervision, use of an electronic health record, and a collegial atmosphere. CW Psychological Services supports our clinicians in doing their best work by offering ongoing clinical supervision and assistance with continuing education training. We also offer in-house training and supervision surrounding evidence-based practices within some of our niches, such as trauma treatment through TF-CBT and can provide additional training in working with the transgender community as we have a psychologist who is board certified and specializes in transgender care. We encourage and cultivate a culture of collaboration among clinicians to further enhance training and clinical skill set. Our office space is comfortable, and we have a relaxed dress code. We receive an abundance of referrals each week and have a history of maintaining a lengthy and ongoing waitlist which allows for clinicians to quickly build a sustainable caseload once credentialed with our variety of insurance panel contracts. Our philosophy is to create an environment wherein clinicians can practice with a minimum of managed care and documentation concerns by working to eliminate systemic hassles. Clinicians can focus on their client’s health and wellbeing as CW Psychological Services provides support to all clinicians in order to provide robust and excellent clinical care. Qualifications: • A clinician who is working towards licensed as a PA License Psychologist. • Clinicians with at least 1 year of outpatient mental health experience are preferred. • Familiarity with CBT, DBT, Trauma Treatment and/or LGBTQ issues is a plus. • We currently have fee-for-service W2 positions available for up to 35 hours per week. Compensation: $38 hourly
