    Pre or Post Doctoral Psychology Resident CW Psychological Services, LLC is looking for a Psychologist in Training to complete a Pre or Post-Doctoral Residency or Internship by joining our high-quality mental health outpatient team. Applications for psychologists in training are also available for those enrolled in a doctorate program related to psychology for a part (20 hrs per week) or full-time (40 hrs per week) salaried positions. This Role May Be Perfect For You If You Enjoy A • Supportive, educational, empathic, and collaborative working environment • A workplace culture of mutual respect, open communication, autonomy, and inclusion • A structure that encourages work/life balance • Therapists can choose their own schedule (contingent on office space availability and client needs) and identify preferred clientele to work with for their caseload which we will fill for you through our own marketing • Relaxed dress code and fun work environment • Free snacks and drinks on-site • Ongoing support and dedication to fostering a strong and supportive work culture Responsibilities: • Provide mental health therapy to clients within the scope of training/experience through individual, group, family, or couples treatment • Provide case management services as necessary to assist in supporting client case • Collaborate with other healthcare providers or external team members involved to assist in continuity of care • Respond to client crises as necessary and ensure all company safety measures are followed with the oversight of clinical supervisors • Complete client progress notes and other documentation to keep the client’s chart up to date and submit/notification of note completion to the supervisor within 48 hours of the conducted session • Potential to mentor master-level pre-licensed clinicians and interns; can assist in strengthening mentorship and educational training programs within the practice • Potential to engage in training activities for staff and assist in professional development of staff • Ability to create policy manuals, resource guides, and training for staff within the practice • Potential to learn administrative aspects of running a group private practice • Engagement in ongoing evidence based practices trainings to support your professional growth and increase quality of client care Qualifications: • Must have obtained a doctoral degree in a psychology-related field, finished a residency in psychology, or be actively enrolled in a psychology doctorate program with two semesters completed in order to meet criteria • Applicants must be aiming to obtain a PA-Licensed Psychologist status or be part of a doctoral program throughout their employment • Understanding of CBT, DBT, Trauma Treatment, and/or LGBTQIA+ treatment is recommended but willing to train if needed • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week of which 25 hours will be billable services) or part-time (15 billable hours per week) is a must and on-site in King of Prussia, PA • Applicants must be able to provide evening and/or weekend availability • Must be willing to commute to King of Prussia, PA to provide in-person and telehealth services within our office suite as telehealth is needed to be provided in office for pre-licensed level clinicians • Must be physically able to sit at a desk, use a computer for extended periods, and lift/carry objects of up to 10 lbs as required Compensation: $25,000 - $60,000 yearly DOE
