THE MARKETING COORDINATOR PLAYS A VITAL ROLE IN ASSISTING THE LAW FIRM THROUGH COORDINATING AND IMPLEMENTING MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE GREATER MARKET AND BRAND EXPOSURE.
THE MARKETING COORDINATOR WILL HANDLE A BROAD RANGE OF MARKETING PROJECTS, SEMINAR AND EVENT/AD PRODUCTION AND DAY-TO-DAY MARKETING TASKS.
THE COORDINATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- UPDATE AND MAINTAIN THE FIRM WEBSITE
- COORDINATE BLOG POSTINGS AND NEWS ARTICLES TO WEBSITE
- ASSIST WITH DRAFTING AND PREPARING EMAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, EMAIL INVITATIONS, EVENT ASSOCIATED MAILINGS
- ASSIST WITH THE PREPARATION AND EXECUTION OF CLIENT-FACING MARKETING MATERIALS WITH BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOLDERS AND PRESENTATIONS
- COORDINATE, DRAFT AND POST THE SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
- MAINTAIN AND COORDINATE INVENTORY OF BRANDED COLLATERAL, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND MARKETING FOLDERS
- CONDUCT ONLINE AND DATABASE RESEARCH ON POTENTIAL CLIENTS, COMPETITORS AND INDUSTRIES OF INTEREST FOR THE FIRM
- DEVELOP WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORTS OF MARKETING EFFORTS
