Responsibilities: • Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills • Identify and secure new business through creative sales tactics, including networking and cold calling • Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs • Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary Qualifications: • Must hold a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus • Prior experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions • Goal-oriented sales approach and effective collaboration skills are needed Compensation: $100,000
