Job Description

B&W is seeking a motivated CDL driver recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will serve as the first point of contact for interested contractors. The position will report onsite in Chicago and Sauk Village (please note remote work is not available for this position).

The recruiter must be able to independently find potential CDL drivers. A positive, team first attitude is essential to welcoming drivers to our company. Scope of the position and qualifications include but not limited to:

• Source drivers and owner operators by fielding & making calls. A friendly, customer first attitude is a must.
• Serve as the point of contact for interested drivers and contractors.
• Recruit for Chicago and Sauk Village operations
• Assist drivers with application and leasing paperwork.
• Communicate between various departments and upper management.
• Present reports and recruiting data as needed for senior management.
• Assume ownership of the recruiting operation. Strong leadership skills are essential.
• A background in trucking or logistics will be necessary. An established network of owner operators / drivers would be beneficial.
