Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing daily revenue, billing and customer onboarding and other operation functions. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Customer Service, this individual will have the opportunity to greatly impact and improve revenue and billing processes within our fast-growing shipping, logistics and technology business. This role has significant impact in all aspects of the operations including customer service, dispatch, and billing. The incumbent will heavily interact with our Customer Onboarding team, Information Technology, Finance and Sales departments, and will be responsible for receiving and entering both manual and EDI delivery orders and/or shipment notifications in accordance with established company guidelines. The Revenue and Customer Onboarding Manager, in collaboration with the Customer Service department, will ensure the company exceeds operational and customer excellence.

Education and/or Experience Four-year college or university degree required; at least 7 years’ relevant experience required
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
