Title: IT Project Manager and Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:

1. Project scope management: document project scope; develop project specifications; ,manage to have them approved.
2. Project schedule management: define project tasks; tasks duration; resources; project milestones, and ultimately a project deadline. The project team’s availability throughout the project is documented and planned accordingly. The Project Manager (PM) will work with the project team to identify the project tasks and task duration estimates to create a project timeline.
3. Project quality management: quality in the project is defined in specific metrics and agreed upon among the stakeholders as early in the project as possible.
4. Project communications management: serve as a liaison between IT team, Director of Process Improvement, as well as OPS, Finance & Accounting, and the Executive Teams to efficiently progress IT related projects. Communicate with stakeholders and management throughout the project life cycle.
5. Project integration management: Ensure that the project is adequately planned, executed, controlled, and integrated into the targeted business process.
6. Quality assurance and Data testing: Ensures the processes are in place to produce the project deliverables at the applicable level of quality. Create test plan. Test the full flow of the data. The validity of the data should be verified at each stage of the data flow – from the source to the staging, to the final tables in the data warehouse, to aggregates or subsets, to the dashboard.
7. Documentation Management: develop and maintain relevant project documentation; Technical Documentation and user SOP.

     

   Qualifications:

   • B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering/ any related field
   • 3-5 years relevant work experience.
   • Proficiency in MS Project; Excel; Visio
   • Working knowledge of database normalization principles and practice; able to read and understand database schemas; able to read and write basic SQL
   • Plus: PowerBI; MS Access
