Neo Connectivity Software Engineering team is always on the lookout for strong software developers from all disciplines, but we have a current, specific need for a software engineer on the Platform Team with experience in cloud infrastructure and a DevOps mindset. Candidates who would fit well in this position have an educational background in computer science or related degree, ideally possess some real-world experience working in collaborative, enterprise environments, are knowledgeable of modern software delivery pipelines and cloud platforms, collaborate well with high-paced, high-performing agile teams, and are passionate about personal and team growth. The ideal candidate will have played a central role in building and supporting at least one successful, commercial-grade microservices-based software system in Azure or AWS. Responsibilities:

• Implements high-quality continuous-integration / continuous-delivery pipeline
• Develops scripted solutions and automation with a focus on infrastructure-as-code and testability
• Facilitates adoption of DevOps best practices across stream-aligned teams
• Defines and recommends changes/enhancements in support of high availability increased system reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness
• Develops enhanced production monitoring and additional capabilities Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field or 4 years related professional experience
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or similar automation system
• 2 years experience with implementing and testing infastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Candidatelm, ARM templates, etc)
• Experience building out a delivery pipeline to production
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience with tools and practices for cloud-deployed system monitoring, insights, tracing
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills Additional Qualifications:
• Azure platform experience
• Service mesh experience
• Chaos testing/engineering or resiliency testing, developing HA/DR, securing infrastructure
• Experience/education in Cyber-security and PKI/certificates management
• Shift-right testing
• Experience working in a regulated environment (Medical, Aerospace, etc.) position will start remote, plans to work onsite when resumed to do so. Looking for candidates that are within same time zone, more local. Looking for diversity, contract position to start.
